Returns and Refunds

As these items are unique and individual pieces no exchanges are available.
Please check photos and dimension details carefully and feel free to get in touch before purchasing.
Returns may be accepted providing that the buyer pays the return postage costs and that the postage method used matches the original level of insurance cover.
BUYER AGREES TO
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
A refund will be issued once the item as well as the gift box and label arrives back in its original, unused, undamaged condition.

Our current Shop Collections offer FREE SHIPPING when you spend over £50.
Price of Shipping shown at the checkout reflect packing and postage costs from UK using Royal Mail Delivery. This is a Signed For service and will normally require a signature.

Each of the smaller pieces, such as jewellery, are displayed in a uniquely labeled box or silk bag as stated/pictured. In keeping with our ethos, we then use recycled packaging to send out the items in the post.
