Oak alter bowl
A swirly burr from an English Oak (Quercus robar), this bowl is hand carved and polished with a carved spiral cut into the side.
The chunk of rock set with black resin is a piece of the Himalayan mountain range, collected by the artist when visiting Gantock city in Sikkim, N.E India.
Small copper inserts and solid copper hammered legs.
Approx. diameter 6” (15cm) at its widest and Approx. 4” (10cm) tall
